WHAT IF MY CHILD IS UNHAPPY?

SUL takes our responsibilities to the welfare of your children very seriously. We train our staff to ensure your child is fully supervised. We give all students a simple questionnaire after a couple of days so that we can pick up any problems, and staff are trained to talk to students and work to notice any signs of problems. If you have any concerns please call our 24 hour hotline* (00 44 (0) 1726 818 676) to discuss your worries with a member of our Head Office team. *only operates when courses are running.

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHICH CLASS MY CHILD WILL JOIN?

On the first day all students have a written test (a multiple choice where you choose the right answer) and a short oral test as well. This process should be over by about 11am and then students are put into their classes and the teacher observes to see if they are indeed in the right level. We can also arrange for students to be tested prior to the course.
